What a very very good stay, nothing too much trouble. Ideal great budget hotel in particularly good location close to the shopping street. Tasty food selection. Neat units with balcony. Gentle staff interactions.

clean bed, central location, effective air conditioning
The exterior looked worn down!!! The hallways had a very uninviting prison-like feel!!! Wi-Fi only worked near the reception!!! Repairing the television system should be prioritized!!!

Good small and ideal place if you stay for a city break. As for me the food is savoury, and they have lots of meals...

The location was perfect, however, nothing else was good. The breakfast was late for 20 minutes... on the morning we were leaving for an early flight to the airport... very unfortunate..
We booked a room in a 3 star hotel in Madrid, however, by some mistake the room was already taken and what we have got it is difficult to describe: the door was broken and somehow repaired, the balcony was full of cigarrete-ends, the room - in awful condition. After ong negotiations, instead of a double room we managed to get a single one which was similar to a room in a hotel... Do you want this trouble? Try your luck... I will never again...

Hotel Anaco's unique vintage vibe radiates charm. I loved the tranquil garden area.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Next to the subway, a grocery store and a cafe where you can eat. In fact, all the amenities are nearby. Rooms are clean, towels are changed every day, soundproofing standards. This hotel is recommended for stopping groups of friends and individual travelers. Families and couples are better off looking for something else.
For a specified price it was possible and better to provide convenience. Prior to arrival, the hotel was booked for exactly the same amount of money and even with breakfast. I still recommend to the administration to place a refrigerator in each room (we did not have it), check the lighting in the rooms and hoses in the bathrooms so that guests do not call on the day of arrival and do not complain about the only working light bulb. Conder's work also left much to be desired. We were in April when the nights were cool and slept with the window open. So we were interrupted by noise from the street. In the summer, I'm afraid, it's going to be very hard.

The main plus point is the location. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all sights and ameneties. The bar attached to the hotel is good for a drink/snack after a busy day and we found the bar staff to be very friendly.
We did not spend much time in the hotel as we were busy from early morning to late at night. There is not much in the hotel itself to stay in for.For us , the hotel was exactly what we wanted i.e. a clean place to sleep in Madrid for budget price.

Friendly staff, free wi-fi, well located to major high street. Metro very close
A very basic and aged hotel. After dark the area becomes a red light district. Lots of drunk people in the streets. No free parking at all.

Totally great location and, despite this, no noise. Good value for money.
Old infrastructure and not clean.

The vintage vibe here was super charming, and I really appreciated how tranquil my stay felt. I enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful garden area, which was a great escape after a day of exploring. It was a bummer that the WiFi connection could be spotty at times, but overall, I had a lovely experience! 😊

Fine arrangement, near to the underground and the basic sights. Around it is a lot of restaurants and shops. It is located in silent street.
In number there was an unpleasant smell.

decent size room, friendly staff, restaurants nearby
Poorly lit, air conditioner not working, noise from people partying from the street. Prostitutes work the streets nearby at night, does not seem like the nicest area of Madrid to stay in
